A medicine ball with a twist! With a shifting center of sand, the Twist Ball™ challenges the user to control the moving center of gravity throughout exercises. Soft, neoprene-covered handles allow for double- and single-handed swinging, and can be fitted over an ankle for leg lifts.

Simply wipe with a cloth and a mild solution of vinegar (1 part) and water (20 parts)

Inflation instructions

Unzip the cover and align the valve of the inner bladder with the zipper opening
Use the pump and included needle to inflate the inner bladder Inflate fully and close the zipper
Note, when inflating your Twist Ball™, do not remove the valve from the ball. Doing so may break the seal, causing sand to leak
