Founder of IndoPilates, Mr. Dhanasekar R has been a part of the fitness industry for over 15 years.

In 2005, with his background in engineering, he started his career working with premium equipment brands of Life Fitness and Precor.

Having gained valuable experience in technical plus customer support areas he was ready, in 2010, to start his own business, Indofit Solutions Pvt Ltd, with an aim to providing best possible fitness solutions. Currently the company has an installation base of 450+ fitness centres, with a client roster ranging from gyms, corporates, clubhouses, builders, and private individuals.

Expanding on his commitment to providing premium health, fitness, and wellness solutions and equipment, in 2017, Mr Dhanasekar added Pilates equipment to his product range.

Since then, seeing a growing demand for premium Pilates equipment, in 2020 he became the Official India Reseller for Merrithew™ Pilates equipment. 

He realised there is a need for skilled, quality-focused Pilates instructors and expertise in the setting up of Pilates studios which required a different skill-set from that of conventional fitness centres.

IndoPilates expanded their services to include Pilates Education and Business Consulting in collaboration with leading industry experts, thereby providing complete solutions for Pilates Commercial Studios and Home Studio owners and professionals.
