Returns and Refunds Policy

Only items purchased directly from IndoPilates (Indosys Ecommerce OPC Private Limited) may be returned. If your product was purchased through another distributor, reseller or third-party retailer, contact them directly.

Damaged and Used Items are not returnable.  Upon return if the item is duplicate , used or any other issue no refund will be issued.

Kindly read the return policy carefully for the refund terms and conditions. Some Items are non-returnable.

Mats and Accessories: Within 5 days of receipt of your order, you may return any of these items for a full refund, exclusive of shipping Charges & Taxes provided if they are unused, unopened and in their original condition:

Any defective products may be returned and replaced with the same item. Should you receive a defective product, please email us at with your order number and details and we will arrange replacement of the item.

Once your return request is approved, a support agent will email you a return authorization form confirming your return authorization (RA) number and the return address. Clearly mark your RA number on the outside of the box and any paperwork accompanying your return. Products received without an RA number will not be processed.  Once your return has been received, inspected and processed, your credit card / Bank Account will be refunded immediately.
